UNIQLO has announced the autumn/winter-2015-launch of Carine Roitfeld collection, collaboration with Carine Roitfeld, founder and editor-in-Chief of the CR-fashion-book announced.
The new women’s line reflects Roitfelds wide experience with numerous designers and creators to get new styles in the world. The new collection is based on UNIQLOs Life Wear high quality clothing, which promotes comfort and reasonable prices. The designs were supervised by Naoki Takizawa, UNIQLO Design Director, and contain about 40 items from stylish outer, feminine Innerwear. The collection will be available at UNIQLO to store flagship stores worldwide and online from end of October 2015.
Carine Roitfeld Commenting on the announcement,: “I feel the joy of creating new mode of expression. I ask myself constantly about what these are, and create new clothes within the UNIQLO Life Wear concept is a major challenge. I started from the idea of the clothes I want to wear, and this evolved into clothes that everyone wants to wear, ideal of clothes that make them feel transformed a woman, if she wears it.”
Naoki Takizawa, UNIQLO Design Director said: “Carine goes to see collections all over the world, and the visuals, fashion caused by this relentless fight of the front had an enormous influence on the fashion industry. I think that a new kind of LifeWear is created by their work.”

Carine Roitfeld is founder and editor-in-Chief of the fashion book CR, as well as the world market fashion Director from Harper there international Bazaar. She previously worked as editor in Chief of French Vogue, from 2001 to 2011, and worked for Elle and the years long in the areas of editing and style for publications such as French glamour, V magazine, French face.
